High prices mean private, B-lender and self-employed files are part of everyday work in BC. Zubair has taught in Vancouver, and BC agents join our online coaching between classes.

Alberta agents deal with a busy purchase market and a large self-employed client base. Classes have run in Calgary, and group coaching connects Alberta agents with peers across the country.

Edmonton agents see steady investor and income-property demand, which makes the commercial and private lending courses a strong fit. Ask us about the next Edmonton class.

Ottawa has many salaried public-sector borrowers and a growing investor market. Zubair has taught here, and Ottawa agents also travel to Toronto classes.

Quebec brokers are regulated by the AMF. Our courses do not replace that licensing, but the skills in underwriting, private lending and business growth apply across Canada.

Atlantic Canada has fewer local training options. Zubair has taught in Halifax, and agents across the Maritimes join our online coaching.

Classes across Canada
Do you run classes outside Toronto?
Yes. Toronto is our home base, and Zubair has taught in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax and London, Ontario. We schedule a class in a city when there is a group ready. Tell us where you are and we will let you know when the next class there opens.
How do I get a class in my city?
Use the form below, or call us. When enough agents in one city ask, we schedule a class there. Brokerages and lenders can also book a private class for their team.
Can I join coaching if I'm not near a class?
Yes. Coaching runs online by video call, so you can join from any province.
Do your courses count as licensing in my province?
No. You still need your provincial licence (FSRA in Ontario, BCFSA in British Columbia, RECA in Alberta, AMF in Quebec, or your local regulator). Our courses teach the practical work that licensing does not cover.
